Trustifi’s “Importance AI” mechanism helps to make sure that emails which are important to you will not be quarantined, while maintaining maximum security.
The AI looks at various parameters to determine if an email should be considered “Important”, for example: relationship between the recipient and sender, number of recipients, if the email is a reply, and many more.
If an email is determined to be important, Trustifi will not quarantine this email even if some suspicious or potentially malicious elements are found, since the system understands this is most likely not an attack. The “Importance AI” system has a very high accuracy rate.
Emails that are released by this mechanism will display “(Importance AI)” next to the email status like so:
Note that emails sent to multiple recipients may be flagged as “Important” for some recipients but not for others, depending on the recipient’s relationship with the sender.
