Anti-Spam Policy

What Is Spam?

In the context of electronic messaging, Spam is an unsolicited email, also known as junk mail, or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE or Graymail) typically sent for a commercial purpose.


Spam Filtering

Trustifi email messaging systems automatically scan any incoming/outgoing emails using internal signatures, reputation checks, and AI metrics.

Any email found to be spam will be quarantined and the user and the Trustifi Support Team will be notified about the incident.


System Abuse

Trustifi has a Zero-Tolerance policy for spam emails sent by its users. Any incident will be investigated by the Trustifi Security Team which can lead the user to be blocked from our systems.


Received Unwanted Unsolicited Email
