Running Archive Cases

To find and view archived emails, you will need to select and run an existing case.

To select a case, click on the drop-down menu next to the “Load an existing case” section.

Once you’ve selected a case from the menu, click on the “Apply Case” button to run it.

When the case finishes running, all emails that matched the case query criteria will be displayed on the left side.
