Creating different customizations under your plan

If you want to create multiple different customizations under your plan, that can be used under different conditions, you can do this by first clicking on the “Add” button in the “Look & Feel” tab.

Adding a new customization

You will then need to give this customization a name, and you will be able to select a new logo, color, and template HTML to be used.

Once you are finished, click on “Save” at the bottom of the page to save the customization.

To select when the new customization will be used, you will need to create a new rule under “Outbound Management” > “Rules and policies”.

For the rule condition, you can select any condition you want. Most commonly, customizations are used according to the identity of the sender. To select this condition, choose “Addresses” and under “Detected in”, select “From”. You can then specify the exact senders or choose to match the rule according to the sender’s domain, or if they belong to specific groups (as in the example below).

For the rule result, select “Apply Look and Feel” and then select your customization from the menu.

Once ready, create the rule by clicking on “Add”.

Once the rule is created and enabled, any encrypted email that will match the rule condition will be sent with the matching customization – logo, button color, and header/footer HTML.
