Trustifi’s rules and policies solution is a simple and useful tool for implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for your organization’s email communication.

Every administrator of a Trustifi plan can apply their own choice of rules and/or policies according to their organization’s needs and personal preferences.

For example – organizations that require compliance to a standard like HIPAA or PCI can utilize Trustifi’s One-Click Compliance™ to quickly and easily create a rule which will identify information in the email which relates to HIPAA or PCI and automatically encrypt the content and attachments in that email.
