Button doesn’t work?

If the Trustifi button does not appear or does not successfully decrypt the email, you can still manually open the encrypted email.


 

Step 1

Find and copy the encrypted token at the bottom of the email.

Tip: You can double-click on the token to quickly select it.

Step 2

Navigate to the Trustifi secure portal at https://ea.trustifi.com and paste the secure token in the input field.

The encrypted email's content will now be displayed in your browser window.

Note: If Multi-Factor Authentication was applied to the email, you will still need to authenticate at this point.

Alert! If you are generally unable to open Trustifi encrypted emails, it may be caused by a security system. In this case, contact your IT department.
