Disconnecting from the Email Relay
In order to disconnect from the Email Relay, please follow the next steps:
Step 1 – Disabling the send connector in Exchange
First, find the Trusitfi connector under the “Send connectors” tab in the Exchange admin center.
Then, click on “Disable” on the right to disable the connector.
Step 2 – Navigate to the Email Relay Integration in Trustifi Outbound Management
Navigate to the “Outbound Management” page at “Plan Settings” tab, and scroll down to the “Email Relay Integration” section.
Step 3 – Disconnecting
At the “Email Relay Integration” section, at the “Enable” row, click on the toggle to disable the connection.
