• Privacy Policy

CyphratekTM knows you care how information about you is used and shared. We appreciate your trust that we will use and share such information carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting this site, signing up for a CyphratekTM account, or using CyphratekTM services, including but not limited to email time-stamping, verification, file management and archiving services (the “Services), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

  • What Personal Information About Users Does CyphratekTM Gather?

Here are the types of information we gather:

Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter upon signing up for a CyphratekTM account, or information you enter on our site or give us in any other way. You may choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of the Services or of features of our site. We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing the Services for you, improving the Services to you, and communicating with you.

Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use cookies, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses cyphratek.com or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of CyphratekTM on other websites.

Email Communications: To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open email from CyphratekTM, if your computer supports such capabilities.

Information from Other Sources: We may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

  • What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to store the personalized information that makes your use of our site and the Services faster and more convenient.

The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on settings or visiting the website of its manufacturer. However, because cookies allow you to use the Services more conveniently, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

  • Does CyphratekTM Share the Information It Receives?

We do not sell information we have about you to others. We share user information only as described below.

Affiliated Business We Do Not Control: We work or worked with different businesses to provide a portion of the services for certain transactions. However, none of these businesses are given access to the content of any emails or attachments provided to us through your use of the Services. Given that electronic postmarks include meta data such as subject and email address of senders and recipients, for certain historical transactions access to this personal identifying information is theoretically possible by these businesses; however, the privacy policies of the trusted businesses restrict them from using (or even accessing) account details in any form. As of the date of this document, the CyphratekTM Postmarked Email timestamp process no longer shares the above mentioned meta data other than with its customers and their addressees.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ credit card processors for your purchase of CyphratekTM Email credits. Information provided to credit card processors is limited to the performance of their functions.

Protection of CyphratekTM and Others: We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of CyphratekTM, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from users for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

  • How Secure is the Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

  • What About Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Web Sites?

Our site does not include advertising or links to other websites.

  • What Information Can I Access?

CyphratekTM gives you access to all of the information you have given us about your account and your interactions with CyphratekTM.

  • What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, however, some information is needed to purchase credits or to take advantage of the Services. We endeavor to make it clear which information is required to enable you to use specified features of the Services, versus information needed to enhance your use of the Services and our site.

You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referencing your CyphratekTM account. When you update information, we may keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please adjust your account preferences. (If you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of this site and the Services. It is your responsibility to review them for changes).

The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on’s settings or visiting the website of its manufacturer. However, because cookies allow you to use the Services more conveniently, we recommend that you leave them turned on.
